Who we are
Luxarte Ltd is a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 465325, with its registered office in Anarita, Paphos. The company operates across four practices: wedding and celebration videography under Luxarte Studio, commercial and corporate production under Vivid Colour Films, software and application development under Luxarte Software, and sales and marketing consultancy for the hospitality technology sector.
The combination is less unusual than it first looks. All four are about the same thing: understanding what a client is really trying to achieve, and then executing it properly — whether the deliverable is a film, an application or a commercial plan.
How the group is run
We are small and senior by design. Clients speak directly with the people producing the work, which keeps decisions fast, estimates honest and accountability clear. Where a project needs specialist skills or additional crew, we bring in trusted collaborators rather than pretending to cover everything ourselves.
Each division carries its own brand and its own standards of craft, but they share one company, one set of commercial terms and one point of contact.
What we believe
Good work is the work that still holds up later — the film you rewatch in ten years, the software that can still be maintained in five, the commercial process that survives the person who built it. That belief shapes how we scope, produce and hand over.
We also believe in saying no. If an engagement is not a good fit, or a client would be better served by an off-the-shelf product or another supplier, we say so before any money changes hands.

Footage, source code, infrastructure accounts, documentation and intellectual property belong to the client on completion.

We quote what the work will genuinely take, flag risk early and tell you promptly if something changes.

Made to outlast us
Films, systems and processes are documented so another competent team could take them on. That is the real test of quality.
Long-term relationships
Most of our work comes from clients who came back. We would rather build a decade-long relationship than win one large invoice.
